A JOY SO GREAT THAT NO ONE CAN TAKE IT AWAY

Joy! It was the first word that the archangel Gabriel addressed to the Virgin: “Rejoice, you who enjoy God’s favor! The Lord is with you” (Luke 1:28). The life of those who have discovered Jesus is filled with such great inner joy that nothing and no one can take it away from them. Christ gives His followers the strength they need not to be sad or discouraged, or feel as though their problems have no solution. Sustained by this truth, Christians never doubt that actions done with love go on to generate joy, that joy is the sister to hope and is capable of breaking down the barriers of fear and opening doors on to a promising future.
